What does "with you" actually mean in practice?
You are in the working sessions and you make the product calls. I do the building. The point is that at the end you can change the thing yourself, because you watched it get made and the repo is yours.
Three weeks and £4,500 seems low for a whole product.
It is one core flow, not a whole product, and the scope ceiling says so in writing. The price works because the tooling does the repetitive part, not because corners get cut.
What if I need more after?
Most people do not, immediately, and that is deliberate. When you do, the next thing is priced separately and you are free to take the repo to anyone else instead.
